About Me
Movement has always been a passion of mine. Naturally, I wanted to turn that passion into my profession. Combining my love of exercise with my interest in the human body/biology, I completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney.
I have 10 years combined of personal/group training and Exercise Physiology. I have worked with an array of people with a multitude of health goals, chronic conditions and considerations that have needed treatment and management through exercise.
My professional goal is to help more women, at every age and stage, feel strong and exercise with confidence. Working through health issues, barriers and listening to their own personal stories.
I understand committing to exercise is not always easy. However, I KNOW exercise is pivotal to healthy ageing, longevity and a non negotiable to a functioning body and mind.
I will focus on YOUR individual needs to educate, support and guide you through a program tailored to your needs. We all have the ability to feel better and be stronger. Let me help you feel safe to move and get back in touch with your body.
