I'm passionate about people, movement and ageing with health and strength. Combining my love of exercise with my interest in the human body and biology, I completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney and now have over 10 years of combined personal, group training and exercise physiology experience. Exercise can make us all feel strong mentally and physically at every life stage. I want all my clients to feel safe, confident and move with freedom and vitality.
